Here you can see years of dirt and grime built up on the pavers due to the raised flower beds on all sides. No where for the water to go.

Once cleaned and resanded, it looks like new again. But the home owner must attend to the raised flower bed issue or we will be back again.

Amazing what  a good washing can do.

Here you can see the sidewalk has settled (sunken) over 6 inches in the middle. The step height was incorrect. There was also a broken stone which we replaced.

Notice the trapped water, as well as all the trip hazards.

In this situation, we lifted all the bricks, raised, compacted and leveled the base a few inches to correct the drainage problem. Every brick was hand cleaned before reinstalling.

Now notice the straight lines and the tight joints between the clay pavers.

The entire walkway looks and feels like new. These pavers are over 20 years old and are original to the house.

Occasionally, the homeowner wants something new. Here we installed new steps but reused their old pavers.

Once again, no where for the water to go.

A new set of steps were needed, and the pitch of the patio must be corrected.

Wobbly Blue stone steps were replaced with solid blocks weighing over 500 lbs. each.

Impassable in the rain.

Here you can see one of the compactors we use in the compaction step.

As you can see in the three finished pictures, we raised the pavers above the grass line, and corrected the pitch along the entire sidewalk.

On this quick blue-stone restoration job, we leveled settled stones, cleaned moss out of the joints, and realigned the edges. Followed by a new dusting of stone-dust and it looks like new.

In this Photo, all the pavers were custom cut on both sides of the pool deck, including around the pool cover tie-downs.

At some point, playground sand was placed under some of the pavers in an attempt to level them. We removed the pavers, compacted the old base material, added new material as needed, then compacted and regraded.

Most of the entire pool deck had to be repaired. Due do to the complexity of the pattern and the extensive cuts, it was lifted section by section.

The soldier course of pavers (edge) around the pool had pulled away from the patio area. It was important to address this issue.

A close-up photo shows a pool cover tie-down which had to be worked around. Notice the cracked paver, which was also replaced.

Correcting the soldier course improves the look and function of the pavers. This greatly improved the entire look of the patio.

Blue Stone jobs are especially difficult. Each piece of blue stone is a different thickness so they have to be individually leveled and re-set.

This job was a tough one. Each piece of Blue Stone is a different thickness and had to be individually set.
